Andre and Bob formed CenturyLand.ca after years of being asked to assist their real estate clients with maximizing the land value prior to sale.

CenturyLand.ca is a progressive company where open honest communication and strong negotiation skills are the foundation of our success.

Our administrators have had previous lengthy careers in law offices, county administration offices and with real estate firms.

Bob Sheddy

Bob Sheddy has been selling commercial Real Estate in Alberta for almost 15 years and is the owner / Broker of Century 21 PowerRealty.ca. Century 21 PowerRealty has over 30 agents and brokerage offices in Strathmore, Airdrie and Calgary. They sell over 200 million dollars worth of property a year.

Andre Aubut

Andre Aubut has been involved in the real industry for more than seventeen years ‎starting in 1997 with new home sales in Calgary and eventually becoming licensed with the Calgary Real Estate Board in 2000. He has extensive experience with new home construction, acreage development including road and sewage construction from start to finish and has even built several homes over the years. In addition to new home construction, Andre has also been involved with commercial leasing and sales. He now focuses on advising his clients with respect to redesignation, subdivision, highest and best use evaluations and rezoning (land use reclassification) for residential, country residential, industrial and commercial land..
